If you love stir fries, noodles, and rice dishes, then it’s an absolute must to have a wok in your kitchen. We prefer woks made of carbon steel with a flat bottom and find that those with 14’’ or 16’’ work best. The depth of the wok allows quick tossing of various ingredients,  limited use of oil, and provides better heat dispersion.
